Wheat rava upma:
Wheat based items are a highly nutritious food.Wheat contains vitamins,minerals.Wheat is very healthy for diabetes.
Rava upma Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Wheat rava
2 dry chilli
1 onion
3 table spoon cooking oil
Curry leaves and Coriander leaves
Salt for taste
Rava upma preparation method:
1.Heat cooking oil in a skillet.Then put the onion,curry leaves and fry it until it becomes golden brown in colour.With that put dry chilli.
2.Add 3 cups of water in a skillet.After that put wheat rava and stir fry all the contents.Finally put curry and coriander leaves.Upma ready.
