Spinach smash




Spinach smash:

Spinach is one of the healthiest green leafy vegetables.Spinach has high source of Vitamin A,E,Iron,Calcium.Also spinach is a very healthier food for diabetes.

How to do Spinach smash?


Spinach smash Ingredients:

2 bunch of Spinach
2 Tomatoes
1 small bowl of Moong dal
Dry Chillies/green chillies
1 tablespoon Asafoetida
1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
Podisu Onion
Salt for taste

Spinach smash preparation method:

1.First wash the spinach well.Peel the onion.

2.Put some quantity of moong dal in cooker.With that put tomatoes,dry chilli,turmeric powder, asafoetida ,washed spinach,peeled onion.

3.After 2/3  cooker whistle,wait for some minutes and open the cooker.Now add salt for taste.   

4.Spinach smash ready now.Serve it hot.
