Drumstick-Brinjal Fry
Drumstick has the high source of iron.Everyone likes drumstick because of its delicious taste.Brinjal is rich in protein.
Drumstick-Brinjal fry ingredients
1 drumstick
2 brinjal
1 Onion
1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
1 tsp Sambar masala powder/chilli powder/green Chilli
Salt for taste
5 tablespoon Cooking oil
1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds

Drumstick-Brinjal fry preparation method
1.Wash the Drumstick and Brinjal first.Cut the Drumstick, Brinjal into small pieces. Cut the onion.
2.Heat cooking oil with mustard seeds in a skillet.After that put onion and curry leaves. Fry until it becomes golden brown in color.

3.Then put drumstick, brinjal.Add salt,sambar masala powder/chillipowder/green chilli,turmeric powder.Finally add 2 cups of water into the skillet and stir fry all the contents until the water get drains.Drumstick-Brinjal fry ready.Serve Drumstick-Brinjal fry with sambar rice /rasam rice.
