How to prepare bitter guard fry



Bitter Gourd Fry
Most people hates to eat bitter guard.But bitter guard is very healthiest vegetable.Bitter guard is one of the good vegetable for diabetes.Bitter gourd is rich in Vitamin B1,B2,B3,C,Magnesium, Folic acid, Iron, Zinc. Bitter gourd is very delicious to eat.

Ingredients

1/4 kg of bitter gourd
1 onion
1 table spoon of turmeric powder
1 tsp Sambar masala powder/green chilli
5 tsp Cooking oil
Salt to taste

Bitter gourd preparation method
1.Heat cooking oil in a skillet.Then put onion, turmeric powder, sambar masala powder/green chilli.Fry it for     sometimes.

2.Put bitter gourd in that.With that add 2 cups of water and stir fry all the ingredients.Bitter gourd fry ready. We      can eat with sambar/ rasam, it will be nice combination.

How to prepare aval upma

Aval upma

Ingredients

1/2 cup of  aval
2 dry chilli/ green chilli
1 onion
3 table spoon cooking oil
curry leaves and coriander leaves
salt for taste

Method of preparation

1.Heat cooking oil in a skillet.Then put the onion,curry leaves, coriander leaves and fry it until it becomes golden brown in colour.With that put green chilli.

2.Add 3 cups of water in a skillet.After that put aval and stir fry all the contents.Finally put curry & coriander leaves.Aval upma ready.

How to prepare Omelette

Omelette

Omelette is very simple to do. Egg is rich in protein and chlorine.Egg yolk is rich in vitamin A,D,E.

Ingredients

2 Eggs
1 Onion
1 Green chilli
Salt to taste

Omelette preparation method

1.Heat the oil in a skillet.Fry onion till it comes golden brown color.With that put green chilli.Now take the fried onion in a seperate bowl.
2.Crack the egg and whisk the egg with fried onion taken in a bowl.Beat it well.
3.Heat the pan.After the pan gets hot, pour 1 tsp cooking oil.Now pour the mixture,spread it like dosa.Pour 1 tsp oil.Keep like this 1 minute.Flip on the other side. Keep like this 1 minute.Off the stove.
4.Omelette ready.

How to prepare lemon rice

Lemon Rice

Lemon rice is one of the South Indian recipe.Lemon is rich in Vitamin C.We have to include all 6 tastes in our food.Likewise lemon has sour taste.Lemon rice is very simple to do.

Ingredients

1 Lemon
2 cup of cooked rice
1/4 tsp Asafoetida powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 dry chilli
Sunflower oil/ gingelly oil
Curry leaves
Salt as per your requirement

Lemon rice preparation method

1.Take lemon extract.With that add turmeric powder, asafoetida, salt.
2.Heat the cooking oil with mustard seeds in a skillet.After spluttering stops put urad dhal, dry chilli, curry leaves in that.Add the extract with this.Boil up to 5 minutes.
3.Now mix the above preparation with cooked rice.Lemon rice ready. You can serve it with coconut/mint/coriander chutney.It will be nice combination.
